Physical Therapist — Want to Practice Like an Owner?

What if you could have the freedom of your own practice without having to build one from scratch?

I’m looking for a strong orthopedic PT who enjoys working with an active population and wants more freedom, autonomy, and control over their career.

I run a hybrid PT practice offering Medicare, select private insurance, and cash-based services including dry needling and shockwave. I’ve intentionally built the practice around high-quality, one-on-one care-not the traditional PT-mill model.

And I think this is where physical therapy is headed.

PTs are looking for a better way to practice—more autonomy, more time with patients, and a greater connection between the work they do and what they earn. I believe models like this will become increasingly common as more clinicians look for an alternative to the traditional PT-mill environment.

What makes this different?

You control your schedule. You control your caseload. And you have a direct connection between what you build and what you earn.

This is not an hourly position. Your compensation is based on a percentage of the revenue you generate—so the more you build, the more you earn.

You’ll have the autonomy to build your schedule and patient base around the type of practice you want, without the productivity quotas and packed schedules common in traditional PT settings.

And you don’t have to build the business yourself.

The space, systems, billing, credentialing, and infrastructure are already in place. You get the freedom of being in business for yourself without the headache of starting from zero.

I’m looking for someone who is confident in their orthopedic skills, enjoys working with active people, takes pride in excellent patient care, and wants real ownership over their professional future.

If you’ve ever thought, “I’d love to work for myself, but I don’t want to deal with everything that comes with owning a practice,” let’s talk.
